Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges (Soaps)
Because our soaps are handmade personal-care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.
We happily accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your item.

Returns & Exchanges (Candles)

If you would like to return or exchange your candle, please make sure it is unused, unburned, and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is in perfect condition.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
