Handmade Products

All our candles, soaps, and self-care items are handmade in small batches.
Slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance are completely normal and part of the handmade charm. These variations do not affect product quality or performance.

Privacy & Safety

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout—Lilly’s Atelier is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping

We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal delays, and holidays.
Once shipped, tracking information (if applicable) will be provided.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges (Soaps)

Because our soaps are handmade personal-care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.

We happily accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your item.

Returns & Exchanges (Candles)

If you would like to return or exchange your candle, please make sure it is unused, unburned, and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is in perfect condition.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Ingredients are listed for each product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients prior to purchase.
If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please perform a patch test before full use.
Lilly’s Atelier is not responsible for reactions caused by listed ingredients.

Candle Safety

Always follow candle safety instructions provided on the product label.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper candle use such as:
– leaving a candle unattended
– burning near flammable objects
– burning longer than recommended
– placing candles within reach of children or pets

Intellectual Property

All product photos, descriptions, designs, and branding belong to Lilly’s Atelier and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
